White Turquoise Necklace with White Jade Bronze Wire Wrapped and Matching Earrings

Necklace Description:  This necklace is made by wire wrapping bronze wire and large white turquoise nuggets with round white jade gemstones into segments that connect together to form the necklace.  At the center of the necklace I have created a focal point by using the bronze wire and wire wrapping a white jade bead, one of the white turquoise nuggets, and then another of the white jade beads.  At the end of this wire wrapped segment I have added a wire wrapped loop, and from this loop I have wire wrapped three bead sections.  Two of these are the antiqued copper filigree bead with a clear faceted crystal in which half of the crystal has a silver mirrored finish.  This crystal shines in purples, greens, and blues.  The center dangling segment is a bronze saucer spacer bead, a white jade gemstone bead, and then another bronze spacer bead.  Below the pearl I have wire wrapped one of the small crystals.  Going around the necklace I have wire wrapped alternating segments of turquoise and jade.  There are two different segments,

the first and third segment is the small crystal, the bronze saucer bead, the white jade gemstone, the bronze saucer bead, the white jade gemstone, and last another of the small crystals.  The second segment is the white turquoise gemstone nugget.

Earring Description:  The earrings are the beads that were used in the necklace and go in order from the top of the bronze ear wire are ther crystal, the filigree bead, the crystal. the bronze saucer bead, the cream glass pearl. and the earrings end with the bronze spacer bead.  I chose to make the earrings with these beads because the nuggets would have been too heavy for the ears.

Measurements:  The necklace measures 30 inches long and closes with a bronze spring clasp.  The center focal point on this necklace will hang down the front center an additional 3 1/2 inches.  The total length of the earrings is 2 1/8 inches.  The white turquoise nugget beads are up to 25mm long and up to 17mm wide. The round white jade gemstones are 8mm in diameter.  The bronze saucer beads are 4mm by 6mm.  The antiqued copper filigree beads are 6mm.  The crystals are 3mm

Processing:  This item is a finished product.  My processing time takes 1-2 days because I have a day job.  I need the day job to support my yarn and bead habit.  So, sometimes an order may come in while I am at the day job and would not be able to mail the same day.

Packaging:  My packaging for jewelry will include a cotton lined jewelry box.  I do this because it adds more protection for the jewelry while it ships.  It also makes a nice package for giving as a gift.

Environment:  This item is crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.
